Welcome to PAWSS. By accessing our website, utilizing our Client Portal, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
PAWSS offers professional digital solutions, including Custom Web Development & Design, E-Commerce Solutions, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Website Maintenance & Support, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Specific deliverables, project milestones, revision limits, and project-specific SLAs are governed by individual, bilateral Service Agreements signed prior to project kickoff.
2. Client Portal & Account Security
If you are granted access to the PAWSS Client Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the portal at our sole discretion for any breach of these terms.
3. Acceptable Use & User-Generated Content
Users and clients are strictly prohibited from utilizing our forms or portal upload fields (processed via Cloudinary or parsed via pdf-lib) to submit or transmit malicious binaries, malware, viruses, or infringing materials. PAWSS reserves the right to immediately terminate user access and seek legal remedies if malicious deployment or data injection attempts are detected.
4. Fees and Payments
- All single or recurring financial payments are securely routed and processed through our third-party gateway, Razorpay.
- PAWSS is not liable for transaction failures, system delays, or service outages originating from Razorpay's infrastructure.
- Refund conditions and payment schedules are defined entirely within individual client service contracts.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a separate bilateral agreement, all core code, UI graphics, designs, text, and branding components appearing on this website are the intellectual property of PAWSS and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PAWSS, its developers, or its affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or business utility—arising out of your use or inability to use our website or third-party integrations.
