  • Account Data: Secure login credentials and hashed passwords used to access the Client Portal.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our digital services and platform functionality.
  • Process job applications and evaluate project requirements.

  • Database & Storage: Relational data and admin configurations are stored securely on TiDB Cloud. Media assets and document uploads are hosted via Cloudinary.
  • Localization: Visitor IP addresses are processed via ipapi.co strictly for real-time currency and country localization.
  • Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store or ingest raw credit card numbers on our infrastructure.
  • Communications: Automated platform notifications and emails are routed through secure SMTP infrastructure via Nodemailer.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We utilize essential authentication cookies (via next-auth) to manage secure user sessions and internal preference cookies to remember user-selected UI settings (such as theme and currency). You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
